Active Zen

Prototype

Introduction

Concept:

Active Zen combines physical activity with mindfulness, offering a fresh approach to meditation for modern users.

Objective:

Redefine meditation by integrating active practices, making mindfulness accessible, engaging, and a part of everyday life.

The Problem

Traditional meditation can be challenging for users who struggle with stillness or focus. There’s a gap in providing accessible mindfulness practices that align with dynamic lifestyles.

Solution

Active Meditation – Sync breathing with physical activities like running, swimming, or cleaning to achieve mindfulness.

Research and Ideation

Exploration:

  • Reviewed meditation techniques, visuals, and apps.
  • Analyzed symbolism, including chakras and celestial visuals, to represent mindfulness.
  • Identified the untapped potential of active meditation as a unique selling point (USP).
